As if I don’t have enough to do, with a new novel finished and just sent off into the world like an unruly child on his first day of school, I have decided to take on another project.
Pride: A serialized cyber novel
Pride Synopsis: Two men in London England—Derek, a native Brit who is trying to be a writer, and Sandro, a queer Iranian refuge–have a fatwa declared against them by Islamic terrorist groups when Derken publishes an article about Sandro in Time Out. This drawns the attention of The Family, a near-mythical socially subversive queer cyber-gang classified by authorities as domestic terrorists, who decide to recurit Derek.
I’ve always wanted to write an Internet-based work of fiction that utlizies all my skills–literary writer, visual artist, web-design, musician, photo editor. I will do installments of the cyber work now and then, but am committing to no firm time lines. I never take creative projects lightly, but I reserve my right to produce them slowly. The first installment of Pride is online now.
